Pre-Order Processing

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and ready to ship. When you place a pre-order, your order reserves your item from our upcoming inventory.

Because these products must first be prepared and received before fulfillment, pre-orders may take approximately 2–4 weeks to process before shipment. Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed and may change due to production, inventory, carrier, or other unexpected delays.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Transit time begins only after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that the estimated pre-order processing period and shipping transit time are separate.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order product, your entire order may be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

Delays
